POS Malaysia shortlists five for advertising account

KUALA LUMPUR - Mail services provider Pos Malaysia Berhad (PMB) is believed to have shortlisted five agencies including Mindshare, TBWA, JWT, McCann Erickson and M&C Saatchi for its advertising and branding activities for 2009.

Up to 16 agencies were invited in the first phase of the pitch as the mail services company looks to jumpstart its marketing in the country.

PMB recently achieved net profit of RM25.7 million (US$7million) and turnover of RM231 million for the third quarter, marking a slight improvement from last year results of RM25.4 million and RM215 million.
