The CX gap: Research finds more talk than action in APAC

TOP OF THE CHARTS: Although the majority of creatives say their company is focused on customer experience, fewer have actually worked on CX projects, according to Adobe research.

Source: Adobe's Creative Pulse 2017 report for APAC. In addition to questions about customer-experience (CX) design, the survey also delves into what creatives perceive as the key drivers of change and disruption in their world, what skills they are planning to level up, and to what extent they fear AI and machine learning.

Highlights in the graphics above. The full report, including grographic breakdowns, is available for download from Abobe.

Sample/Methodology: Survey of 5,442 creative and marketing professionals in India, Australia, New Zealand, Korea, Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, Taiwan and China. (Details on geography, company type and roles at end of gallery above.)
