Priyanka Khaneja Gandhi has been appointed head of Amazon India Ads Marketing, bringing 25 years of experience in integrated marketing, digital strategy, and media. Gandhi spent over 16 years at Colgate-Palmolive India, most recently as director of integrated brand experience, where she led brand experience, digital transformation, and ecommerce performance marketing. Prior to Colgate, she worked with media agencies managing major accounts like Mondelez and Marico. At Amazon, she will lead marketing and creative solutions.
 
David Dahan, Ogilvy’s global client lead on Unilever and managing director of WPP@Unilever, has expanded his role to also become managing director of Nestlé, Ogilvy APAC. Reporting to senior Ogilvy and WPP leaders, he aims to drive collaboration, growth, and innovation by managing both FMCG accounts holistically, applying successful strategies from Unilever to Nestlé. This move follows the departure of Ogilvy’s APAC chief growth officer Sheilen Rathod, who previously handled part of Nestlé’s remit.
 
Communications agency Ellerton & Co has appointed Dr Adam Goulston, founder of MacroLingo and based in Osaka, as strategic advisor for the Japan market. With over 25 years of experience in marketing, content creation, localisation, and digital strategy—especially for Japanese B2B and scientific sectors—Goulston will help bridge cultural and linguistic gaps to support Japanese brands expanding into Southeast Asia. 
 
AML Group has appointed Nicola Davies as senior strategist. She moves from Innovation Kitchen where she focused on brand innovation across global markets such as Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and India. Prior to this, she was at Bulletproof in Singapore where she developed brand strategies for FMCG, finance, and tech clients like Mondelez, Nestlé, and Diageo, and will now support AML’s global clients like Vanguard and BNP Paribas.
 
Coffee Meets Bagel’s CMO, Delbert Ty, has stepped down after three years at the online dating app. During his tenure at the company he helped shift the brand’s creative strategy to focus on user-generated content, scaled paid marketing efficiently, rebuilt the martech stack with automation, and implemented a four-day workweek while building a global team. Ty is now pursuing fractional CMO roles as CMB moves in a new direction, with no replacement announced yet.

RGA has appointed Guill Rodas as chief technology officer for APAC to lead the unification of its technology practice across Southeast Asia, North Asia, and Australia, focusing on AI-native solutions. Rodas, with over 15 years of experience in digital transformation and AI from roles at Deloitte Digital, VERSA, and Isobar, will work closely with Global CTO Nick Coronges and chief design officer Ben Miles. This appointment supports RGA’s new independent model after its private equity-backed buyout from IPG, backed by a $50 million AI innovation fund aimed at scaling reusable IP and advancing tech-enabled creative innovation across the region.

The Atticism has appointed Sophie Muir, founder of Maven PR, as managing director of its Australian operations, enhancing its local leadership after 13 years in the market. Muir will manage day-to-day activities from Sydney while continuing to lead Maven PR, with global CEO Renae Smith overseeing strategy from London. Though both agencies remain independent, their partnership enables shared resources, team growth, and stronger PR services across international markets. Muir’s decade-long experience in lifestyle, hospitality, tech, and consumer PR positions The Atticism for continued innovation and success with clients like Mr Roses and PlanRadar in Australia.

Anak, the brand practice of TSLA, has secured BreadTalk as a new client in Singapore, coinciding with BreadTalk's 25th anniversary. BreadTalk is a Singaporean bakery brand with a presence across Southeast Asia, China, the Middle East, and beyond, has engaged Anak to lead a comprehensive brand refresh. This includes working on brand discovery with cultural consultancy Junk, as well as revitalising BreadTalk’s brand platform and visual identity, and expanding its brand expression to enhance customer experience and distinguish it in the competitive bakery market.

Nicole Tan has been appointed as Singapore country director for Meta, effective June 2 2025. Tan was most recently country director for Malaysia and also took on the role of interim counry director in the Philippines. Prior to joining Meta, Tan had a long stint at JWT (now VML) across China and Malaysia that lasted over a decade. Her top priorities in her new role will be driving digital empowerment and innovation across industries, harnessing the power of AI to unlock new opportunities, and supporting the growth of Singapore's digital economy. Through her stint in Malaysia, she is credited with accelerating digital adoption, expanding cross-industry partnerships, and driving business growth. She has also played a key role in supporting women in tech and marketing, including mentoring and talent development initiatives across the region.

Omnicom Media Group Philippines has appointed Warren Armada as head of investment and Maita Consulta as head of data and analytics, effective immediately. Armada, a returning OMG alumnus, previously served as managing director at Havas Media Network Singapore, where he led integrated solutions across PR, social, performance, content, and influencer marketing. In his new role, he will oversee media planning, campaign performance, and the Trading & Accountability team. Consulta brings over 30 years of experience across media and communications, including her recent role as chief strategy officer at IPG Mediabrands, to lead the agency’s data practice, supporting clients with research, measurement, and strategic optimisation. Both report to president and CEO Mary Buenaventura.

Australia-based PR agency Media-Wize has won the PR retainer for Excite Cyber, a provider of digital security listed on the Australia Stock Exchange. The mandate will involve raising awareness about Excite Cyber’s status as a full service cybersecurity company dedicated to the Australia market.

Corina Black joins the Flynn Group as CMO for Wendy’s ANZ, according to a report in Mi3. She moves from the National Rugby League where she was general manager of marketing, brand and ticketing. She has previously worked with the Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix and Starwood Hotels and Resorts.

Havas Media Network Singapore has announced a series of leadership changes as part of its organisational restructure. Kenny Yap has been appointed chief executive officer of Havas Play Singapore, stepping up from his role as chief operating officer. Yap has been with the network since 2017, previously serving as managing director where he led integrated solutions across PR, social, performance, content, and influencer marketing. Louise Koh has been named managing director of Havas Media Singapore, and Deanson Lee has been promoted to managing director, digital. All three will report to Pankaj Nayak, chief executive officer of Havas Media Network Singapore and president, SEA, Havas Media. The agency also confirmed the departure of Russell Lai, who most recently served as chief commercial officer. Lai spent a decade with the agency, overseeing strategic planning and advertising initiatives, and played a key role in commercial growth and client partnerships. His next move has not yet been announced.

Adobe has appointed Duncan Egan as vice president of enterprise marketing for Asia Pacific, based in Singapore. Egan has been with Adobe for over five years, most recently serving as vice president of DX marketing for APAC and Japan. Prior to Adobe, he held senior marketing roles at ServiceNow—including vice president of marketing for APJ—and at Oracle following its acquisition of Taleo, where he was vice president of marketing. 

W Communications has launched a global joint venture with Singapore-based content agency Bellow, forming a new integrated offering called W Productions, headquartered out of W Asia. The new division strengthens W’s global content production capabilities across paid, earned, owned, and shared media, and accelerates its evolution into a full-service creative communications agency. Shafyq Hameed, founder of Bellow and former chief operations officer of Titan Digital Media, will lead W Productions, while Aaron Chan, integrated associate director at W Asia, will oversee the digital integration arm. 

BurdaLuxury has appointed Santu Misra as creative director at large for Lifestyle Asia India and Travel + Leisure India & South Asia, effective immediately. Based in India, Misra will lead the creative direction and content strategy across both brands, supporting BurdaLuxury’s shift towards video-first storytelling and culturally resonant content. Misra brings a decade of digital media experience, including senior roles at Times of India and Fetch Consulting.

Universal McCann (UM) has been appointed media agency of record in Malaysia for TCP Red Bull Malaysia following a competitive pitch. The remit, effective from March 2025 to February 2027, covers end-to-end media services including strategy, planning, buying, research, and data and analytics. The account will be led by UM’s Malaysia office under chief executive officer Sue-Anne Lim, and aligns with the agency’s new Full Colour Media approach—a framework focused on using data and creativity to embrace nuance and drive brand growth.
