HONG KONG - New Zealand Trade and Enterprise has selected Fleishman-Hillard as its PR agency for Greater China, after a tender process that included two other agencies.

New Zealand trade body hands PR to Fleishman-Hillard
Fleishman displaces incumbent Weber Shandwick.

“Fleishman Hillard’s proposal demonstrated most clearly that they understand our situation and our goals,” said Ziena Jalil, North Asia regional marketing and communications manager at New Zealand Trade and Enterprise. “They showed that they were able to isolate the communication themes, address the issues related to each and determine the best approach to delivering them. Their programme contained all of the elements we would expect to see, discussed briefly the challenges we will face, and then proposed a programme.”

The new agency is tasked with raising awareness of New Zealand as a country with which to do business, and promoting New Zealand’s capabilities in key sectors along with its foreign direct investment potential.
