MetLife aligns creative with Diamond Ogilvy in Korea

SEOUL - Metropolitan Life Insurance (MetLife) has picked Diamond Ogilvy as its creative agency partner in Korea, following a pitch that included McCann Erickson, MBC Adcom and local shop Komaco.

The appointment displaces incumbent JWT.

Diamond Ogilvy will reportedly be responsible for reinterpreting MetLife’s employment of Charles M Schulz’s Snoopy character in the South Korean market.

MetLife has been active in South Korea since 1989 and offers life insurance, retirement savings facilities, pension plans and annuities.
