It is thought that the account is worth in the region of US$30 million, with a high proportion of the spend focused on Taiwan and India.

According to a source, the business was awarded without a formal pitch.

In February, Yahoo split its creative business in Southeast Asia between Leo Burnett, Ogilvy and Y&R.
