Dutch Lady calls US$5 million media pitch

KUALA LUMPUR - Dutch Lady, one of Malaysia's leading dairy brands, has shortlisted four agencies including ZenithOptimedia, MEC, Starcom and Universal McCann to pitch for its US$5 million media account.

The agencies were selected after a credentials presentation from major media agencies in Malaysia.

ZenithOptimedia is the incumbent for this account.

Dutch Lady’s holding company is Royal Friesland Foods, a Dutch multinational corporation. Its product range includes growing-up milk, iced lattes, yoghurt drinks and UHT milk.

Jan Pieter Tanis, marketing director of Friesland Foods in Malaysia, confirmed the news and said that the shortlisted agencies have received their final pitch assignment. “We hope to finalise the whole process by end of this year,” he said.
