Chau (pictured) will be responsible for marketing Quintessentially Asia and SIGNED, the flagship magazines that the subsidiary Deluxewords launched last year, as well as the company’s magazine publishing, book production, content creation and brand consultancy divisions.
London University-educated Chau is a seasoned expert in media and communications, principally in marketing and PR within the London Futures and Options industry.
Chau returned to her home turf in Hong Kong six years ago, after living in the UK for two decades. Prior to joining Deluxe Holdings, she was most recently head of marketing communications, Asia at UK real estate company Grosvenor for almost six years.
“Deluxewords was launched 15 months ago as a boutique magazine publisher but since then, as part of Deluxe Holdings Limited, we have won contracts from top-flight luxury brands to create books, provide consultancy services and deliver sophisticated content," says Daniel Jeffreys, the founder of Deluxewords. “We are delighted that somebody with Ivy Chau’s experience and talent was available to join Deluxe Holdings at this point in time.”
