Gonzales has already proven her expertise in the cutting-edge field of e-commerce and advertising by  contributing to key accounts wins like Watson’s, Henkel, SM Affiliates, Van Houten, and Alaska Milk Corp., to name a few.

At 26, Cristel’s exceptional leadership skills and penchant for anything digital have been crucial in the success of various digital marketing campaigns, allowing more engagement in different platforms available at every corner of the online space.

Cristel’s career in online advertising began at Yehey! Corporation where she first worked as a Web Coordinator back in 2007. During this time, she was managing content of several websites while developing Google Analytics Reporting and Analysis for web projects. In the same year, she was promoted as Digital Marketing Services Manager; a post she held for three consecutive years. Her responsibilities at that time included managing brands such as Sara Lee, Burger King, Circulo Verde, and Samsung. In 2010, Cristel joined Omnicom Media Group Philippines as a Digital/Platforms Manager handling accounts like SM Department Store, Fonterra, Splash Corporation, Intel, Visa, and Clorox, to name some.

“Cristel’s enthusiasm inspires her peers. Her being in-the-now brings a lot of fresh perspectives into an industry that is slowly departing from traditional media. She’s always on her toes, jumping at every opportunity and always open to learning new things. She’s also a great leader despite her being young,” said Nic Gabunada Jr., Omnicom Media Group Philippines’ CEO and President.

Aside from being a social media expert and an accomplished end-to-end internet marketer, Cristel is also a certified Google Adwords Professional for five years now.

“I like what I’m doing, it doesn’t feel like work most of the time. I enjoy going the extra mile just to give our clients the best possible results. Digital marketing is full of endless possibilities and I’m excited to discover uncharted territories,” said Gonzales.
