ANA report finds 'numerous non-transparent' practices at US media agencies

American advertisers have attacked US media agencies for "numerous non-transparent business practices", including cash rebates and hefty mark-ups, in a long-awaited report.

The Association of National Advertisers did not identify any agency groups or individuals because of the confidential nature of the report but suggested all the big agencies are implicated.
