Catch up on past people moves and business wins

UK digital agency Jellyfish expanded into APAC with a new office in Seoul. The agency hired Vincent Song as regional director, who joined from Videology where he was South Korea country manager for almost four years. He reports to Jellyfish global CEO Rob Pierre. 

The Condé Nast Center of Fashion & Design’s Shanghai outpost has appointed Reuter Communications as its retained agency in China. The agency is responsible for: digital activation, media strategy, launches, public relations, influencer and strategic collaborations, and event management. The Center's WeChat account will be receiving a substantial upgrade as part of this. Users will be able to search within the account to find information on courses, events and more.

Herd MSL in Australia has announced four appointments. Jason Carnew joins as MD of Fuel Communications; Laura Beament has been promoted to GM; Tom Sanders joins as creative director; and Stuart Wragg is now head of strategy for the group.

Ng Chip Keng has been appointed as managing director of Octave Communications. Prior to this move he was the managing director at RHT Communications & Investor Relations. He is also an accredited member of the Institute of Public Relations of Singapore and the Singapore Press Club.

Appier named Susie Hughes as director of communications for Asia Pacific. Before taking this role, she worked at Allison+Partners for more than seven years with her last role overseeing growth of the agency's technology practice in Singapore.
