This decision follows the departure of Taru Jain, managing director of XM-Singapore who has announced his intention to leave the group in early 2011.
“I have had the honour of working for XM through a period of positive change where we have grown in size, staff strength and reputation,” said Jain. “Right now it’s time for me to move on and pursue fresher challenges.”
Paul Soon, regional director, XM-Asia, stated, “The XM family thanks Taru for his contributions and wishes him all the best for the future.”
Lim joined XM three years ago, where he has since been heavily involved in developing large-scale marketing and technology platform solutions for clients.
He has previously worked with Leo Burnett and Ogilvy & Mather in Singapore. His career has seen him take many MNC clients to win global awards from Echoes to Cannes Lions.
Lui has more than 12 years of digital consulting and platform implementation experience. Since joining XM in 2001, he has been responsible for the expansion of the group’s new business and partnerships.
Lim and Lui’s roles will take effect immediately. They will continue to report into Soon.
