
Doll (pictured) will start his new role in September and report to John Morgan, regional MD of Greater China. He will manage day-to-day business operations in both Beijing and Shanghai, cultivating major client relationships and lead the marketing and new business development efforts for the agency's offices in the region.
Doll brings a wealth of experience to the firm from the Chinese mainland, Taiwan and the United States. He joined Golin Harris from Ketchum China, where he served as general manager for Shanghai since 2008.
A well-regarded leader in corporate branding and corporate communications, Doll's portfolio includes FedEx, Jaguar, Land Rover, Eaton, McDonald's, Lufthansa and Applied Materials.
Prior to Ketchum, Doll held positions at Johnston Wells Public Relations and Upstream Asia Media and Marketing.

On a separate note, Warren Wang, VP and GM of Golin Harris Beijing, confirmed that he has resigned after two years with the company to join a brand consultancy in September.
"We are investing continuously in our China operations. With Wang's departure, it is an opportunity to beef up our management team," said Morgan.
Charlotte Fan, a long-serving director at Golin Harris Hong Kong, has been appointed as the interim lead for the Beijing office while the company searches for a replacement.
Golin Harris entered the mainland market in 2004. The mainland offices have added clients in key sectors such as consumer goods and travel and tourism, including Unilever Food Solutions, Coca-Cola, Nippon Paint, Pirelli, William Grant & Sons, Bahamas Ministry of Tourism and New World Hotels.
