DraftFCB Hong Kong hires Iris Lo as ECD

HONG KONG - Iris Lo (pictured) has been appointed as ECD for both DraftFCB in Hong Kong and the agency's retail arm DraftFCB R Hong Kong and China.

Lo assumes the post after a brief stint as managing partner at Wieden & Kennedy in Shanghai.

Raymond Chau, the outgoing group ECD at DraftFCB Hong Kong, is leaving the agency at the end of October. His next move is is still to be confirmed.

Lo will report to Simone Tam, managing director at DraftFCB Hong Kong, and will work on key clients such as Vitasoy, Hong Kong Trade & Development Council, Dah Sing Bank and Ricola, while also developing  the agency's newly rebranded retail unit.

“We are delighted to have lured Iris back to agency life in Hong Kong,” said Simone Tam, managing director, DraftFCB Hong Kong. "With Iris’ experience gained in both Hong Kong and China since the early 90s, she will play an extremely valuable role to our business in both Hong Kong and China.”

Prior to joining DraftFCB, Lo spent her career at agencies including Synergie Advertising, Ogilvy & Mather, JWT and Bates.

Her credentials include the Cannes award-winning campaign 'Father and son' for Heineken.
