The agency was invited to a pitch called by Accor, one of the major hotel group in the world, in December 2010.

In March 2011, Cara China was assigned to handle Accor's Pullman Lijiang brand, which will be digitally-led.

Pullman Lijiang Resort & Spa is an upmarket international resort located in ShuHe Ancient Town in Lijiang, Yunnan Provence.

Anthony G. Myers, GM for Pullman Lijiang Resort & Spa said: “As part of the integrated marketing campaign for the opening of Pullman Lijiang Resort & Spa, Carat plays a key role in communicating with the hotel’s target audiences of the digital era — either internet or mobile.  We are confident a good communications result will be generated from this campaign.”

The French based Accor Group has more than 4,000 hotels worldwide, including Novotel and Sofitel Hotels.
