Globe's journey to becoming an experience business

VIDEO: The telco's Rebecca V. Eclipse gets honest about the challenges in transforming customer experience.

SINGAPORE - Globe Telecom chief customer experience officer Rebecca V. Eclipse shared some frank insights into the telco brand’s transformation into an 'experience business' at the recent Adobe Symposium in Singapore.

In response to a changing market and in a bid to to recapture the hearts, minds and wallets of Filipino consumers, Globe’s shift started in 2013 and went full steam in 2014 when the company embarked on a customer experience transformation programme called 'Delivering the Next Act' (DNA).

The Adobe Symposium, hosted in Singapore on 28 July, explored the challenges and criticality of creating an integrated, exceptional customer experience.
