Two Huawei comms chiefs resign in Europe - one over 'Uighur alarms'

Huawei's comms leaders for the UK and Denmark have both stepped down - the latter apparently over the issue of facial recognition technology that would reportedly flag up members of China's Uighur minority to the Chinese government.
