Spring Singapore picks DDB for creative account

SINGAPORE - Spring Singapore, the local enterprise development agency, has appointed DDB for its estimated US$1.4 million creative account.

The two-year appointment will see DDB take on marketing campaigns for various Spring initiatives such as the Business Leaders Initiative campaign, the Precision Engineering recruitment campaign and the Technology Enterprise Commercialisation Scheme (TECS) campaign among others.

The TECS scheme will aim to provide support and resources to local businesses and help them turn breakthrough R&D concepts and proprietary IP into promising businesses.

A local shop, Urban Forest Design, has also been appointed to take on the marketing collaterals and materials for the abovementioned campaigns.

The tender for the creative account was first issued in October last year.

In December last year, the Government agency appointed IPG’s Mediabrands for media planning and buying.
