Ogilvy Financial Beijing advises Changyou IPO

BEIJING - Ogilvy Financial Beijing under Ogilvy PR has advised its first major IPO in 2009 - Changyou.com, a Beijing-based Chinese gaming company, which listed on the NASDAQ in the US yesterday.

This is the first company to list on the NASDAQ since November 2008.

Ogilvy Financial Beijing have provided strategic counsel and corporate communications consulting, tailored to the global investment community, IPO and corporate positioning counsel, PR counsel aimed at developing Changyou's corporate website and IR website, roadshow video production, international media relations and key message development.

Changyou currently operates two multiplayer online role-playing games, including the in-house developed Tian Long Ba Bu and the licensed Blade Online.

Ogilvy Financial Beijing’s other clients have included AsiaInfo (technology), E-House China (real estate services), New Oriental (education), Suntech(clean energy, solar) and VisionChina Media.
