To create brand consideration to purchase, L’Oreal aimed to create awareness of common hair problems and motivate consumers to trial their products.

As a result, the brand's latest digital drive boasts a customer utility through a world-first highly innovative site that allows users to check on their crowning glory via a webcam in order to find a product that is most suitable for their hair condition.

Banners in women’s portals and online buzz through bloggers and influencers as well as social media channels also helped drive the campaign.

Set to run until July, L’Oreal also gave away samples to the first 5,000 consumers who used its L'Oreal hair expert website.
