Jaswinder Kaur returns to Starcom

SINGAPORE - Jaswinder Kaur (pictured), former managing director of MediaCom Singapore, is returning to Starcom MediaVest Group (SMG) as Asia-Pacific talent leader reporting to SMG's president of global operations Andrew Swinand.

Jaswinder Kaur returns to Starcom
Prior to working with MediaCom, Kaur spent fifteen years at SMG and was the CEO of its Singapore operations in 2006.

In this newly created role, Kaur will lead the training and talent development for SMG's Asia-Pacific region. She will also play a strategic advisory role on the agency’s Procter & Gamble business throughout the region.

According to Swinand, SMG's focus on emerging markets and digital expansion must be fueled with industry-leading talent, which is why the network created this new position.

"In a business that is driven by ideas, talent becomes a key point of difference. At SMG, we are fully committed to having the best talent management programme in the region and will be investing accordingly," said Swinand. "I've known and worked with Jaswinder for many years. She's a great talent in her own right, and best of all she knows how to spot and develop talent when she sees it which is an invaluable skill."
