Danone Dumex selects agency for shopper marketing projects

KUALA LUMPUR - Danone Dumex has appointed Lowe Malaysia to handle its shopper marketing projects for its nutrition business.

The appointment, which was made last month, aims to leverage Lowe Malaysia’s Shopper Engagement Platform creation expertise.

The initiative seeks to combine the offline and online understanding of FMCG shopper marketing to connect shoppers with the Dumex brand from before and the moment they enter the store.

Lowe Malaysia previously worked on Dumex in 2006, before it became part of Groupe Danone.

“We are delighted to have Lowe Malaysia on board for this project,” Korula Chandy, senior marketing manager at Danone Dumex, said. “We were most impressed with their incisive evaluation of the brief and creative ideas, and look forward to working with them.”

“This [appointment] is an exciting challenge for us, and this project will build on our existing heritage with Dumex,” said Mazuin Zin (pictured), managing director at Lowe Malaysia.
