Cartoon Network partners with Admax Thailand

BANGKOK - Cartoon Network has partnered with leading Thai online marketing agency Admax, which captures more than 40 per cent of online marketing in Thailand.

Admax will handle Cartoon Network’s online advertising inventory and sell its banner ad space, as the site provides a bilingual (Thai and English) online marketing opportunity for advertisers to reach the 4 to14 year-old internet-savvy child audience in Thailand.

The Network has launched a dedicated Thai website, which offers video-on-demand (VOD) Cartoon Network content, and free access to its library of cartoons. Children will be able to watch their favorite shows in Thai on the website anytime.

Tom Srivorakul, MD, Admax Thailand said: “As more advertisers focus their attention towards online, we want to continue providing creative and conscientious advertising that is mindful of the audience.”

To boost its presence in Asia, the Network formed an alliance last October with Sino Tech in China, to help design its kids online games and oversee the online sales inventory in China.
