The Campaign Asia Agency of the Year Awards is a highly prestigious award that gives unbiased and fair recognition to agencies for their performance through the year. Unlike mere creative or effectiveness awards, it measures the agency’s performance in every aspect of business—business growth, new business development, client retention, strategic prowess and effectiveness, creative product, talent attraction and retention and CSR, among others. Winning in the Campaign Asia AOY Awards means winning against your competitors in every aspect of business. There really is no second award that can match the credibility that comes with winning in Campaign Asia.

We wear this recognition on our sleeves—literally. By using it on our website, the first slides of our credentials as well as on our email signature. We have seen it helps us get noticed by the best talent and prospective clients. It also is a matter of pride for our existing clients. It also drives teams to aim at defending the award over successive years.

Anna Chua-Norbert
Talent director
DDB Group Philippines
2016 Southeast Asia Talent Management Person/Team of the Year - Gold

I have to say, it was a source of pride for our country to have won the prestigious award for the first time. We have been invited to speak about operations and helped built credibility to talent management as a partner in helping the bottom line of our companies. We also got a 30 percent boost in resumes from different fields. We were also featured in local news. Awards and rewards come hand in hand, we were able to hire great people and retain 80 percent of our high-performing talents.

Casey Loh
Executive creative director
GOVT Kuala Lumpur (now The Clan)
2016 Malaysia Independent Agency of the Year - Gold

Our team wears the AOY title proudly and in our emails. Some clients are impressed with the award in our creds and most see this as a vote of confidence as serious contenders in the industry amongst independents.

Amir Hamzah
Associate planning director
Havas Media Indonesia
2016 Southeast Asia Channel/Engagement Planner of the Year - Gold

Winning the award really helps, it proves that what we've done is meaningful work. I've always had a great support system: a team that works diligently to support my vision and deliver excellent results, as well as bosses that are always on hand to help. But, the award really helped to strengthen my belief in the team.
