With two weeks remaining to enter the Agency of the Year Awards, hear from past judges on the keys to winning.

Agency of the Year: What judges look for in an entry

With just two weeks to go, the final deadline for Agency of the Year Award entries is approaching on 29 September. Past judges shared their AOY judging experience and imparted some advice for entrants.

For one judge, the significance of AOY on the industry is clear: “The AOY Awards are about inspiring, connecting and recognizing the talents and passion of the industry. It’s more than a yearly affair where winners come together to shine, but also the recognition of the industry’s hard work, commitment and dedication to delivering the applaudable best.”

Now in its 24th year, AOY has become a focal point for the industry to reflect on its work and raise up the individuals who are influencing change. “It is great to champion and applaud the great works of the industry as well as celebrate the successes,” a past judge explains.  “The commitment and passion of everyone involved in the Awards have continued to make the judging each year a joy—and a privilege.”

So what do judges look for in an AOY entry? Our past judges share 10 things they look for in an entry that you will want to ensure are incorporated into your submission for clarity and substance. Download the list here or click the image below.
