Aegis launches integrated marketing arm

MUMBAI - Aegis Media has partnered with Fresh IMCS to launch Carat Fresh Integrated to focus on activation and below-the-line business in India.

Carat Fresh Integrated will be an independent profit centre, headed by industry veteran Debashis Das, former MD of Fresh IMCS. Das will take over as country head of Carat Fresh Integrated and will report to Ashish Bhasin (pictured), chairman India and CEO Southeast Asia, Aegis Media.

Headquartered in Mumbai, Fresh has unveiled launch clients including Bayer, Lootmart and Olympus.

“Carat Fresh Integrated will combine the entire gamut of integrated marketing with Carat’s superior media and consumer knowledge,” said Bhasin. 

Aegis Media’s offering in India includes Carat Media, Posterscope (OOH) and Isobar (digital).
