OOH installation dramatises sneeze threat

We refuse to call this Singapore ad for Redoxon a 'viral video'.

Ad Nut sees a lot of OOH advertising, but rarely finds it worthy of mention. Here's a happy exception: An installation in Singapore's Orchard MRT that visualises spreading germs from a sneeze as a wave of red. Simple. Impossible to ignore. Elegantly simple message.

The ad, by J Walter Thompson Singapore, is for for Bayer's Redoxon, a vitamin C supplement.

As good as this is, Ad Nut recommends covering your mouth when you sneeze and wearing a mask if you're very concerned about getting a cold, because the ability of vitamin C to ward off or reduce the severity of colds is pretty overblown.
