DATA POINTS: Australians now spend a day each week online

A 10-year Nielsen analysis of device usage and media consumption in Australia shows that since 2003 the amount of time consumers spend online each week has grown threefold to nearly 24 hours. Meanwhile, the company reports, 38 percent of Aussies now have four or more connected devices in the home, and 74 per cent consume TV and internet simultaneously.
