Publicis appoints two senior planners in Singapore

SINGAPORE - Publicis Singapore deepens its strategic planning investment by appointing Sosuke Koyama as planning director for Singapore and Laura Lau as regional planner for shopper marketing.

Koyama (pictured) transfers from his role as planning director at Publicis Shanghai, bringing with him a wealth of planning expertise.  

Koyama has an impressive resume including time spent at Fallon Minneapolis/ Singapore, BBH and Weiden. He will now be working with key regional clients and joins the management team to be an integral part in driving the agency forward.  
 
In a separate appointment, Lau joins the planning team in a regional capacity to spearhead shopper marketing competencies and greater depth in channel planning. Lau has relocated to Singapore from the US where she was previously working with Tesco PLC and Pepsi Corporation (Fritolay North America).  
 
Sam Cassels, CEO at Publicis Singapore, commented, “We are delighted at these appointments as both these individuals are highly talented and representative of the competencies and ambitions of Publicis, both here in Singapore and in the region."  
 
Both roles report into Richard McCabe, planning director for Asia.
