MITEC launches event management platform

The Malaysia International Trade & Exhibition Centre (MITEC) partnered up with Ungerboeck, a software provider that will help streamline CRM, sales, and event and financial systems. In short, the platform will offer a centralised location for all event documentation.

Gunther Beissel, chief executive efficer at MITEC said the venue opted for Ungerboeck’s software as it is a fully-loaded, end-to-end system with flexibility to personalise and customise based on the venue’s needs including integration with payment gateway and online service order which will be upgraded at a later stage.

The cloud-based platform will also eliminate the need for paperwork as checking for availability, booking of spaces and other tasks can now be done from anywhere.

“We are constantly looking for ways to create new experiences and develop our innovative client value proposition to ensure the best possible service for our clients and the client-facing portions of the software is one of the ways to a seamless and paperless communication,” Beissel said.
