Mirae Asset picks Diamond Ogilvy for global media

SEOUL - South Korean asset management firm Mirae Asset Financial Group has selected Diamond Ogilvy as its global media partner, following a pitch that included incumbent Euro RSCG and Universal McCann.

The agency will be responsible for global buying duties for the account, which is worth an estimated US$4.6 million. According to a statement from Ogilvy, Mirae is looking to step up its marketing efforts across Asia-Pacific, India, the UK and Brazil.

The account will be jointly handled by Brand Moove, Mirae’s in-house agency.
