LinkedIn expands ad transparency with DoubleVerify measurement

Advertisers can now gain independent verification of viewability, invalid traffic, brand suitability and geo accuracy across the LinkedIn Audience Network.

LinkedIn and DoubleVerify have announced the launch of global post-bid measurement across the LinkedIn Audience Network (LAN). 

The move gives advertisers independent measurement of key media quality signals across LAN inventory. 

This includes invalid traffic, viewability, brand suitability, and intended geography for ads running across LinkedIn’s publisher network.

DoubleVerify (DV) hopes the site-level insights will enable LinkedIn advertisers to verify media quality and improve media effectiveness with greater confidence.

In addition to post-bid measurement, DV offers pre-bid avoidance controls through DV Authentic Brand Suitability on LAN.

While pre-bid controls enable brands to analyse inventory and exclude content that does not align, post-bid provides detailed insights into delivery.

This is the latest step in DV and LinkedIn’s broader integration announced earlier this year to support measurement across LinkedIn CTV ads. 

DV also offers Authentic Brand Suitability, Custom Contextual and network-wide IVT protection on LAN, as well as IVT and viewability measurement for video ad formats within the LinkedIn Feed.
