Levi's hands integrated business to Madison World

MUMBAI - Levi's has consolidated all its Indian marketing business - excluding creative work - to Madison World, marking the first time that the Indian-owned agency has offered one client the full range of its services.

Levi's hands integrated business to Madison World
"Levi's was looking to deal with only one agency in India," said Sam Balsara, chairman and managing director of Madison World.

Madison has long handled Levi’s relationship with Bollywood star Akshay Kumar, and has now taken over media duties (reportedly from GroupM) and PR duties, for all the company’s brands in India (including Levi's, Dockers and Levi's signature). Additionally, Madison will take care of below-the-line and OOH.
