Jeff Ma to leave OgilvyAction

SHANGHAI - Jeff Ma (pictured), MD of OgilvyAction Shanghai, will resign at the end of this month.

Jeff Ma to leave OgilvyAction
“I will take a sabbatical before committing myself to anything, “Ma said. “I will keep my options open. Having spent 8 years launching two agencies, I want to do something slightly different and maybe more challenging.”

“In 2003, when OgilvyAction was still unstable, Jeff contributed to the set-up and business development,” said TB Song chairman of O&M Greater China.

In 2007, Ma helped Barry Leung, president of OgilvyAction merge Bates 141 with OgilvyAction.

Before joining Ogilvy, Ma co-founded M&C Saatchi China in 2001.
