Telco giant Indosat's creative business is tipped to be going to JWT and Indonesian agency Macs909, following a pitch that also included Ogilvy and Bates.

The incumbent of eight years, DDB, had withdrawn from the pitch.

After the first round, four agencies were shortlisted – Dentsu, JWT, Macs909 and Advantage - before the telco decided on JWT and Macs909. It is not yet known how the creative business will be split between the two agencies.

It is believed that the media pitch is still pending.

Indosat is Indonesia’s second telco operator, and in 2008, its media and creative was worth US$15 million.
