DAN's Data2Decisions launches in Japan

Dentsu Aegis Network opens its analytics shop in Japan.

JAPAN - Data2Decisions, a marketing data and analytics group owned by the Dentsu Aegis Network, has opened an office in Japan.

“Tokyo is a key marketing hub for many local and global brands,” said Mike Larkin, global chief revenue officer for Data2Decisions. “These businesses are increasingly looking for data-analytics partners who offer a globally consistent approach, delivered by a team of local experts.”

Managing partner Hirofumi Hamaguchi will lead the new office. He moves from Dentsu where he spent more than 13 years specialising in marketing effectiveness.

The new office extends the firm’s coverage in APAC after recent launches in Australia and Singapore and grows the brand’s global network to 12 offices.

Data2Decisions was founded in London over 15 years ago. The company uses data analysis to help companies evaluate their marketing strategy and improve returns.
