In her newly-created role, Chan will report directly to Karl Cluck, chief strategy officer of Mindshare China, who said the agency required someone to oversee digital operations nationally now that its business is expanding.
Based out of Beijing, Chan will be responsible for taking the agency’s digital infrastructure and skills to the next level, implementing best practices in digital media operations, and ensuring consistent quality assurance across all aspects of digital planning, according to Cluck.
Chan started her media career in 2004 at GroupM based out of Hong Kong before joining Neo@Ogilvy Shanghai in 2008 and PHD in 2009. She has worked with blue-chip brands including Intel, Motorola, Singapore Airlines, HSBC and Apple.
