CANNES: No Film Gold Lions for APAC, one Film Craft Gold

CANNES - This year, Asia-Pacific only earned a Silver Lions and a Bronze in the Film category and a Gold, a Silver and three Bronze Lions for Film Craft.

The Silver Lion for Film went to AOI Production Tokyo, Tokyu Agency Tokyo and  NTT Advertising Tokyo for the '3-second-cooking' spots made to advertise NTT Docomo's new LTE Advanced Premium service. The two spots, one featuring deep fried shrimp and the other fried dumplings, also garnered a Gold Film Craft Lion. 

The Grands Prix for film went to F/Nazca Saatchi & Saatchi Sao Paolo for '100' on behalf of Leica Gallery Sao Paolo; and The Martin Agency Richmond for the 'Unskippable Ad' on behalf of Geico. In total, 101 awards were handed out for this category.

The Film Craft Grand Prix was won by Adam & Eve DDB London for its work on Monty's Christmas on behalf of John Lewis. A total of 66 trophies were handed out in this category.
