BBDO Guerrero/Proximity promotes Francine Gonzalez in The Philippines

MANILA - BBDO Guerrero/Proximity Philippines has promoted Francine Gonzalez to general manager of BBDO Guerrero.

She will be replacing Isabel ‘Belay' Santillan, who is leaving to pursue new opportunities.

Gonzalez joined five years ago and was initially responsible for managing the Pepsico business before being promoted to client services director three years ago.

On her promotion, Paul Roebuck, CEO of BBDO Guerrero/Proximity Philippines, said: "Francine is one of the shining stars in the Philippine industry, and she has consistently delivered outstanding results."

Gonzalez said that the enormous challenge facing the industry is the changing nature of consumption across the region. "The role of creativity as a problem solver and business builder has never been more important and valuable to clients and I am looking forward to taking on this responsibility."
