Originally from Thailand, Bear (pictured) has more than 13 years' experience in advertising, spanning many sectors including beverage, automotive, banking, food and services. He joins DDB from Euro RSCG Thailand, where he was previously executive creative director.

Over his career, Bear has worked on clients such as Mercedes-Benz, HP, Hong Kong Disneyland and Western Union, and has won prizes at Cannes Lions, Clio, D&AD, One Show, Communication Arts and AdFest.

Most recently he was awarded a Gold and a Silver Cannes Lions for his ‘Camelion’ and ‘Frog’ ads for Shieldtox Natureguard.

This is Bear’s second stint at DDB Hong Kong, having also worked there between August 2008 and October 2009.

“That we can woo hard-to-come-by talent like Bear back to the agency, is testament to DDB Hong Kong’s creative prowess," said Jeffry Gamble, executive creative director at DDB Hong Kong. "With his help we will raise the quality of both our ideas and of our work."

Reported last May, May Wong and Clifford Ng also joined DDB Hong Kong as group CD and CD, respectively.

"Our creative team is going from strength to strength under Jeffrey's leadership. He has been a magnet in attracting new and talented creatives," added Simone Tam, president of DDB Group Hong Kong and Guangzhou.
