MediaWorks pitch-simulation experience slated for June in Vietnam

This year, the four-day course features a new hands-on training programme developed alongside The Knowledge Engineers, a world leader in digital marketing training.

With the guidance of industry experts, MediaWorks replicates real life, challenging syndicate teams to pitch for an imaginary client with a real brief in real time. Attendees will be required to prepare a pitch for the account to a panel of industry heads and the client. The new programme will also offer workshop-style sessions, giving delegates a more hands-on training experience.

The programme brings together industry experts and professional trainers to assist delegates as they examine the obstacles facing the next generation, techniques and strategies on pitching for new business, assessing how clients evaluate a pitch and being creative while still delivering marketing objectives. Leading regional media owners will also be available with detailed information about their media discipline to impart their knowledge.

Torie Henderson, president, global account management with Omnicom Media Group will serve as chairperson for the event.
