New World Real Estate (China) hands property marketing project to Publicis Guangzhou

GUANGZHOU - New World Real Estate (China) has granted an annual marketing contract for Goldenlake Jade Villa to Publicis Guangzhou without a pitch.

New World Real Estate (China) is not the developer of this project, but manages the project along with its marketing plan.

Publicis Guangzhou is charged with the creative for the project due for launch around the end of June.

Goldenlake Villa is a premium property development consisting around a hundred independent villas in the BaiYun district of Guangzhou, mainly occupied by foreigners.

Publicis Guangzhou and New World Real Estate (China) have worked together for nearly three years.

The agency also works with other top real estate companies in China including Vanke and China Overseas Holdings Limited (one of the world's top 500 enterprises).
