Omnicom agencies raise close to US$20,000 for Nepal

OMD, PHD and Omnicom Media Group in Singapore recently vied to raise the highest amount of funds for disaster relief in Nepal, staging a series of activities including a superhero race, a 31-floor staircase challenge, manicure services and sales of baked goods, toys and cocktails. OMD topped the charts, raising SG$7,088 out of the total SG$13,496 raised by the network. OMG's Asia-Pacific management matched the funds raised, bringing the total donation to World Vision to SG$26,992 (US$19,708).
