Warc names Asian Strategy Prize winners

SINGAPORE - BBDO India's 'Share the load' campaign for P&G has added to its award tally by taking the grand prix in the 2016 Warc Prize for Asian Strategy awards, announced yesterday.

Overall, work from India dominated, winning 10 of the 17 awards and all five of the special awards given out. The grand prix comes with a US$5,000 prize and the special awards US$1,000 each.

Warc's competition, in its sixth year, gives recognition for strategic thinking that has driven business results. It received 207 submissions from 15 countries, which were judged by a panel of 20 judges chaired by Sanjeeb Chaudhuri, global head of brand and chief marketing officer of Standard Chartered Bank.

A list of the winners follows, and case studies are available through Warc.
