HONG KONG – Fleishman-Hillard International Communications has created an affiliate partnership in Vietnam with Biz Tequila, the PR arm of TBWA Group.

This comes on the heels of Fleishman-Hillard also forming an affiliate alliance with another TBWA Group public relations arm, after it linked up with Eleven PR in Auckland in February.

The partnership takes advantage of both firms’ strengths and geographic reach, as well as strengthening collaboration within the Omnicom Group network.

As an affiliate, Biz Tequila will assist in addressing the client needs of Fleishmann-Hillard in Vietnam. Fleishman-Hillard will then enlist Biz Tequila’s local network in Vietnam, including its operations in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, and its extended presence in 10 other cities across the nation.

In addition, Fleishman-Hillard and its clients will be able to take advantage of the broader capabilities the TBWA Group of companies has in Vietnam, including brand design and management, direct response and customer relationship management, interactive marketing and web design, and advertising.

“Vietnam is an exciting, rapidly evolving emerging market that is increasingly important in the Asia-Pacific region. This strategic alliance brings our clients and our firm strong in-market knowledge and expertise to enable us to serve their growing demands in this dynamic country,” said Lynne Anne Davis, Fleishman-Hillard’s Asia-Pacific president.

“We also have a track record of successful collaboration with Biz Tequila’s parent company, TBWA, both regionally and globally.”
