Zheng has been appointed managing director for Greater China. He previously held senior positions with Ogilvy & Mather, Yahoo and Renren, most recently at in-taxi media company Touchmedia as VP of marketing.

TubeMogul opened its office in Shanghai earlier this year and expects to expand its China operations next year.

Meanwhile, TubeMogul's Southeast Asia operations, which launched three years ago in 10 markets, will be headed by Darin Williams (pictured below).

Williams has worked in Asia for more than 15 years in executive roles at Nielsen, Facebook and most recently LinkedIn as head of talent solutions for SEA.
