PrimeCredit | Wholeheartedly | Hong Kong

PrimeCredit has toned down its usual humorous brand image to take a more serious look at mortgage offerings with its 'Wholeheartedly' campaign in Hong Kong.

PrimeCredit is introducing a more consumer driven commercial. The brand has been associated with balance transfer and personal installment loans due to the success of last year’s ‘Back you up always’ campaign. However, little is known about its mortgage product offers.

The ‘Wholeheartedly’ campaign is a collage of scenarios from young parents, families and friends. From resolving worries to reaching personal dreams, the creative concept caters to people between 35 and 45 years old. The team at Grey explains this segment usually has previous experience in dealing with a mortgage and generally looking for a solution rather than advice from financial firms.

The campaign implies that PrimeCredit takes the needs of its customers to heart in striving to provide guaranteed customer service to everyone.

Grey Group Hong Kong continues to be the creative agency behind PrimeCredit and added a recent win at the HK4As’ EFFIES awards and Asian Marketing Effectiveness awards to a successful track record with the brand.
