Par Uhlin steps up as MD at Eastwei MSL China

BEIJING – MSL Group’s Eastwei MSL has promoted Par Uhlin as its managing director in China, effective immediately.

Eastwei MSL operates in mainland China in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Chengdu. Uhlin will also serve as a board member for Greater China.

As the new managing director, Uhlin will put emphasis on social media, employee communications and corporate consulting services. He continues to report Johan Björkstén, chairman of Eastwei MSL.

Uhlin was most recently the general manager at Eastwei MSL China, with a focus in Shanghai. Digital and social media has grown into a significant portion of the China business.

Uhlin’s promotion coincides with Publicis Groupe's aquisition of Eastwei Relations. Eastwei was subsequently aligned under MSL Group and renamed as Eastwei MSL.
