ICLP appoints Vaccarella to lead regional CRM

HONG KONG - Loyalty marketing agency ICLP has appointed Matt Vaccarella (pictured) as its regional director of strategy, a newly created role.

According to a statement from ICLP, Vaccarella will be responsible managing clients’ CRM and customer loyalty needs from a regional perspective, allowing the agency to “leverage regional:local best practice, save costs and create greater efficiencies for clients”.

Reporting to regional director for Asia Pacific, Stephen Hay, he will work alongside clients such as Cathay Pacific, InterContinental Hotels, ParkNShop, Porsche and Starwood Hotels and Resorts.

Highlights of Vaccarella’s career to date include leading the launch of Audi’s first direct marketing campaign in China, the development of Singapore Airlines’ frequent flyer programme, KrisFlyer, and that of Starwood Hotels’ Preferred Guest loyalty scheme in Asia.

Other clients he has worked with include Asiana Airlines, BP, FedEx, HP, Motorola, National Car Rental and Unilever.
