Fanshawe’s promotion in late December 2008 signalled an increased focus and investment in Southeast Asia for the Havas agency, and is part of a regional strengthening and reorganising of the agency’s senior management across Asia-Pacific, according to a spokeswoman.

Blower spent four years as ECD while Ng joined in early 2008 from Leo Burnett.

“Since joining us, Charlie has been instrumental in helping us win several key pieces of through-the-line business, like Dell, Coca-Cola, Saxo Capital Markets and Lee Hwa, among others,” said Fanshawe. “He’s a brilliant creative mind, but it was clear early on that he’s also a talent who understands fully the business world in which our clients operate.”
